In addition to implementing the ISO 14001 standard, many organizations are further improving environmental performance management by implementing the European Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS).

(1) The company shall not use or support the use of child labor.

(3) Under any circumstances, the company cannot frequently require employees to work more than 48 hours a week, and the overtime hours per week should not exceed 12 hours, and it should be guaranteed that extra allowances can be obtained for overtime work.
(4) The wages paid by the company to employees should not be lower than the legal or industry minimum standards, and must be sufficient to meet the basic needs of employees, and the deduction of wages cannot be punitive.
(5) Provide a safe and hygienic living environment for all employees, including clean bathrooms, clean and safe dormitories, hygienic food storage equipment, etc.
